FOR OWNERS - SUBSCRIPTION RELATED:
- Refund is applicable on unsuccessful event of not finding the tenant within 60 days of service subscription or any extension with applicable terms and conditions. Owners can not reduce the rent and let out and claim for the refund. Rental agreement copy submission is mandatory to process the refund.
- Once the service is subscribed no refund in acceptable until the subscription is expired.
- If payment is made to third party vendors on owner's behalf for the works of painting, cleaning and other repairs of the flat or house, Rento Properties doesn't take any liability towards the same. However, Rento Properties will assist the owner to coordinate with the third party vendors.
- Refund is processed directly to bank account of service subscriber (owner).
- If owner is availed any other services during the service subscription, the same will be deducted and paid the remaining amount.
- Refund is processed within 15 to 30 days of request
FOR TENANTS - AFTER DEAL IS FINALIZED:
- If tenant is finalized the deal after visiting the property shown by Rento Properties, in the event of cancelling the deal, the brokerage (part brokerage/full) paid will not be refunded. The fee paid is considered as part of research, shortlisting property, site visits, convenience and other related assistance charges.
- Rento Properties doesn't guarantee the refund of token amount directly paid to property owner.
