Tenant Management

When the Flat owners are away its always better to handover the responsibilities to safe hands. Helping the owner to get a good tenant with minimal background verification and we will take care about the negotiations and execution of rental/lease agreement. To avoid issues we are the point of contact between the Owner and Tenant. Inventory Check will do before the Tenants entry and exit.

If any maintenance work(like painting,woodwork, plumping etc) is required we will provide help through our experienced contractors and engineers at better cost.

Plot Monitoring

At present most of the site owners are concerned about the safety of the site when owners are away from the city or country. To avoid this tension we are here to help site owners by periodic visits every month. We will be helping by checking encroachments, misuse by other parties, reminding about tax payments etc. Also after every site visit we provide the latest photograph and reports to the site owner. If we found any encroachments, we will guide you about the eviction of illegal occupants and legal proceedings.

House Management

In cities sometimes house owners used to lock the house and will be away for 1-2 yrs and there is a chance for encroachments ,leakages and other activities. In these situations Propguard inform the house owners and help to rectify the issues.

Construction Feedback/Status

Some times the Owner may not get proper information about the work progress and Propguard can update the construction status of the flats/house which are under construction.
