PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE

We only charge when your property is occupied by the tenant. We have ZERO sign-up fees, ZERO tenant replacement fees; no upfront fees - you pay monthly or annually.

We charge 8% of rent per month as a monthly management fee, only when occupied.

• There may be additional charges applicable such as a minimum monthly charge, etc depending on the location and specifications of your property. Please contact us to confirm whether any such charges would be applicable.

• Identify suitable Tenants who qualify your requirement.
• Participate in negotiations of the Lease terms with the Tenants.
• Assist in preparation of Lease Deeds.
• Advice owners on Market Trends.

RENTAL TRANSACTION:

Residential / Commercial with or without fit out/ Industrial:  One month rent each from both parties.

Renewal of Lease (Rental Agreement)  :  15 days commission for any renewal of lease (Rental Agreement) from the LESSOR and LESSEE or the approaching party.

Rental deposit exceeding 10 months  :  2% commission from both parties.

LEASE:

0 - 3 years lease, 1 month from Owner, 1 month from Tenant.
5 years and above lease, 2 months from Owner, 1 month from Tenant.
20 years and above lease 3 months from Owner, 1 month from Tenant.
