In addition to retaining a percentage of commissions on all sales, the Franchise Owner charges Sales Associates monthly fees for the provision of office facilities, marketing, administrative and management support, in a manner akin to that operated in barristers' chambers and private medical practices.
New Franchise Owners attend an initial training which covers every details of operating a Rento Properties franchise business in India. Content ranges from creating the right office environment to building and managing successful teams. Additional courses are offered throughout the year focusing on specific topics including IT, Marketing, Selling Skills, Basics of Real Estate, Budgeting Office Expenses, Leadership, Recruitment and Retention Techniques. Courses are run on a regular basis at Rento Properties India Head Quarters.
Further advice and support on a number of different subjects ranging from recruitment to administration, e-marketing and referrals is available of all offices.
Successful Rento Properties Franchise Owners come from a variety of backgrounds. Some are experienced Real Estate Agents and others join us from related industries such as property development, financial services, Sales, Marketing, Management, Surveying and Conveyancing.
